What security measures do we take to safeguard your data?
Radura uses the latest stable crypto-graphic practices and was built with privacy by design. The Radura team is dedicated to data security, so you can rest assured your stored credentials, cards, and other data are safe. Radura puts the security of your personal information and data first. The Service is built from the ground-up with you in mind. Radura maintains safeguards which include technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized use, access, inadvertent disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We also require that the third parties we contract with to support Radura’s business operations to employ reasonable security measures as well.
Your personal data (e.g. email address) is encrypted. We use SSL, so that your data is encrypted as it leaves your device. Your personal data is also encrypted before it is stored on our databases. Your password is hashed and cannot be retrieved by any third-parties or anyone on the Radura team. All information that an authenticated user manually adds to the Service via the user's account is encrypted using the user's encryption key, and cannot be retrieved by any third-parties or anyone on the Radura team. The user's encryption key is unknown to the Service, is requested from the user at the beginning of every authenticated session (to provide user access), and is never stored by the Service.
We update and test security on an ongoing basis. Along the way we try to break Radura, but always come up short — Radura was made to be impenetrable and we constantly reinforce all our protocols to ensure your data has no way of leaking out.
